Introduction
These Website Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Camba website at camba.ai (the “Website”), operated by Camba Solutions Limited (“Camba”, “we”, “us”, “our”), a New Zealand limited liability company.
By accessing or using the Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.
These Terms apply to general visitors to the Website. They do not govern use of the Camba CRM platform (the “Service”) — an AI-first CRM for New Zealand vehicle dealers that captures leads at the conversation, removes follow-up backlogs, and gives every salesperson the customer context they need before every call. Use of the Service is governed by Camba’s separate Terms of Service and the order form, Data Processing Agreement, and other documentation entered into between Camba and the Customer.
These Terms apply to visitors located in New Zealand and Australia.
1.Permitted use
You may use the Website to:
- Read information about Camba, our products, and our services.
- Request a demo from our sales team using the form provided on the Website.
- Email us using a contact address shown on the Website.
- Download or print materials made available on the Website for your personal or internal business use only.
The Website does not host other forms, accounts, or data-entry workflows. The Website is provided for general information.
2.Prohibited conduct
When using the Website, you must not:
- Use the Website for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Website, related systems, or any account or data you are not authorised to access.
- Interfere with or disrupt the Website, its security, or its performance, including by introducing malware or by overloading the infrastructure.
- Use any automated means (including scrapers, crawlers, or bots) to harvest content, contact details, or personal information from the Website without our prior written consent.

The Website, and all content, design, layout, graphics, logos, copy, code, and other materials on it, are owned by or licensed to Camba and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Subject to these Terms, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and view the Website for the permitted purposes set out in clause 1.
The “Camba” name, logo, and any other Camba trademarks displayed on the Website may not be used without our prior written consent, except as part of a permitted reference to Camba as a company.
4.Information you submit
The only ways to submit information to us through the Website are by completing the demo request form, or by emailing us using a contact address shown on the Website. When you do either, you confirm that the information you provide is truthful, accurate, and lawful, and that you are entitled to share it with us.
We will handle personal information you submit in accordance with our Website Privacy Notice.
5.Third-party links and content
The Website may contain links to third-party websites, services, or resources. We provide these links for convenience only. We do not control and are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, content, or practices of third-party properties, and a link does not imply endorsement.
Your use of any third-party website is at your own risk and is subject to that third party’s terms and policies.
6.Availability and changes to the Website
We aim to keep the Website available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Website at any time, with or without notice, and we are not liable for any loss arising from any such change.

10.Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New Zealand. You and Camba submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Zealand for any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Website.
For Australian visitors, the laws of New Zealand will apply to the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, without limiting any non-excludable rights or remedies available to you under Australian law.
11.General
- Severability: If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
- No waiver: Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms is not a waiver of our right to do so later.
- Entire agreement: These Terms (together with the Website Privacy Notice and any other notices posted on the Website) constitute the entire agreement between you and Camba in respect of your use of the Website.
